Tyler

Riding waves to me is one of the only things that brings me to the present, the here and now; free from distractions of the exterior and the mind. It is a pure experience a single moment, a flash, a blink, a memory that brings me back, each and every time to catch another wave. A moment, of fury, of quiet, of calm, balance and perfection; a moment that like the tides are always changing and make you Lost and Found at Sea.

My philosophy has and always will be a life based on what I'm doing at this very moment in time. No future, no past; just now; freeing like a spring breeze, cleansing and replenishing the glimpses of magic behind every part of this existence. A reminder to myself and to others coaching people from their comfortable routine, to ignite some devine spark and inspire possibilities outside of the normal.

If there is no future in what I do atleast there will be a present worth remembering, and if my material posessions amount to nothing in the end an even happier man will be standing there, in between all, a slacktide lost and found at Sea.

Aloha, I'm Tyler Nakoa Egan Parkes;  I was born in Hawaii and have lived in Australia for many years, I graduated high school in 2008 and since then have been travelling the oceans of the world, scouring the coastlines for waves. My travels have taken me from my local Long reef on the northern beaches of Sydney, Australia to Maui. My travels since then have panned out like this.
